Our new Pressure Balanced Twin Plug Valve (DBB Double Block & Bleed) is specially designed for high-pressure oil, gas, pipeline and petrochemical working conditions. It integrates double isolation and cavity relief functions in one valve, providing safer pipeline isolation and maintenance compared with conventional single plug valves. Manufactured strictly in accordance with API 6D and API 6FA standards.
Core Advantage: Pressure Balanced Structure
Ordinary plug valves suffer large operating torque and plug sticking under high pressure due to unbalanced medium pressure. Our pressure-balanced design automatically balances the pressure on both sides of the plug, greatly reduces operating torque, avoids jamming, and ensures smooth opening and closing even under high differential pressure.
DBB Double Block & Bleed Function
Equipped with two independent sealing sets and a bleed port. The double-block structure isolates upstream and downstream medium separately. The middle cavity can be vented and leak-tested before maintenance. It replaces two separate valves, saves installation space and reduces pipeline leakage risks.
Material & Technical Configuration
Body material: WCB, A105, stainless steel, duplex steel. Fire-safe and anti-static design with grease injection sealing system. Pressure class: Class150 to Class2500. Size range: DN50–DN600. Available with gear operation, electric or hydraulic actuators for full automatic control.
