Blind valve is a gate valve that cuts off gas medium manually, electrically, pneumatically or hydraulically. It is generally divided into electric blind valve, hydraulic blind valve, pneumatic blind valve, closed plug valve and electric open blind valve.
Blind valve has three driving devices,
There are two manual clamping or loosening devices in the blind valve, and one electric device for opening or closing the gate. When opening or closing the gate, first loosen the two manual devices, and then start the electric device to achieve the purpose of opening or closing the gate (especially careful: the two manual devices are not loosened, and the electric device must not be started). After the gate is opened or closed, the two manual devices are clamped again, and the pipeline can work.
The blind valve consists of left and right valve bodies, telescopic mechanisms, fan-shaped valve plates, electric push rods I for driving the valve plates, and electric push rods II for clamping and loosening.
Close the valve
The electric push rod II moves, the sealing pair is disengaged, and then the electric push rod I moves, the fan-shaped valve plate changes from open to closed, and after closing, the electric push rod II moves in the opposite direction, the sealing pair is clamped, and the valve closing is completed. The opening valve is the opposite.
Blind plate valves are divided into electric blind plate valves, pneumatic blind plate valves, hydraulic blind plate valves, open-type plug-in plate valves and closed-type plug-in plate valves. The open and closed plug-in plate valves have been analyzed in detail before. Here are several types of blind plate valves:
(I) F943X electric fan-shaped blind plate valve, which belongs to the active fan-shaped blind plate valve product. It consists of a clamping drive assembly, a flap and a valve body. It is mainly used in the metallurgical valve as a cut-off assembly in the industrial and mining industry. This valve can be remotely controlled by a single unit or multiple units, and can also be manually operated under special circumstances. The base and the support column form a structure with high stability; the sealing ring is on the valve plate, which has the advantage of high sealing performance, etc.
(ii) F743X hydraulic fan-shaped blind plate valve, mainly composed of left valve body, right valve body, screw, gate, sealing ring, lever, hydraulic cylinder and other parts, and a rigid structure composed of base and support column. The valve is equipped with clamping, loosening cylinder and flap cylinder. The clamping and loosening cylinder drives the left and right valve bodies through the lever and screw to complete the loosening and clamping actions, and the flap cylinder drives the gate to complete the switching action.
(iii) F643X pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve is a kind of active fan-shaped blind plate valve. Its driving system is pneumatic, so it is also called pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve. F643X pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve has 4 types of valves, F643X-0.5 pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve, F643X-1.5 pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve, F643X-1.0 pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve, F643X-2.0 pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve.
(IV) F643X pneumatic fan-shaped blind plate valve is a partition device that can be actively controlled and remotely controlled. It consists of a left valve body, a right valve body, a middle valve body, and a connecting screw (three pieces). Use a wrench to rotate the connecting screw to complete the clamping and loosening actions of the left and right valve bodies, and change the position of the blind plate and the through-hole plate on the gate plate to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. This valve has the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, reliable performance, and easy operation. This valve is a short structure series, and the rubber sealing ring is installed on the left and right valve bodies respectively. This valve is widely used in metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries for its superior functions.
(V) F343CX manual fan-shaped blind plate valve consists of a valve body, a turbine rotating mechanism, a fan-shaped blind plate, etc. Its advantage is that the valve body is fixed on the base and the structure is stable; there is a blind plate positioning block to prevent the blind plate from drifting and avoid scratches on the sealing ring; the turbine rotating mechanism can loosen the clamped valve body.
