3. When closing, a large water hammer pressure will be generated in the pipeline. Excessive pressure will cause damage to valves, pipelines, and equipment, especially for large-mouth pipelines and high-pressure pipelines. If you want to attract the attention of the check valve selector;
4. Precautions during installation: Pay special attention to the flow direction of the medium, so that the normal flow direction of the medium is consistent with the direction of the arrow indicated on the valve body, otherwise the normal flow of the medium will be cut off. The bottom valve should be installed at the bottom of the water pump suction pipe;
5. When the left and right valves are loosened, the medium should be allowed to overflow. In order to ensure safety, the gas butterfly valve in front of the blind plate valve should be closed before closing, and ventilation and other measures to ensure safety should be taken at the same time;
6. The pipeline should have the elastic deformation and displacement of the above displacement during the opening and closing of the valve. It is recommended to install F43X, F943X, F643X fan valves and other valve equipment in the pipeline in the following form. Compared with absolute cut-off valves, they have the characteristics of stable structure, small size, simple operation, agile action, gas cut-off performance, etc.
